  We had gotten several quotes before finding the powder room guys.  We were feeling discouraged about the long wait for service, mostly super high prices and seeming lack of project management ability of those we interviewed.  It was just the opposite with TPRG.

They have a super solid management process and communication tools to promote immediate, timely and accurate communications.  This is their super power!  It allowed them to provide us a quote within a day, start within a few weeks, at a fair price and complete a complete gut in just 8 weeks over a period that included T-Giving.   We also have tons of pictures of the renovation as it went along that we have access to "forever."

Also, they are not general contractors doing a bathroom one day and building a barn the next.  They ONLY do bathrooms so their workers are specialists.  They see the same issues over and over again and they are ready to deal with them efficiently and timely. If something inevitably goes awry either because of a misunderstanding or a change, they deal with it professionally and quickly.  We are a picky client and they never lost patience but instead doubled down on providing a service.

One last thing -- 3 years of warrantee!   Most places we saw were 1 or 2 years.
